Terms and conditions of IDCom Partners s.r.o.

I. General provisions

1. IDCom Partners s.r.o., based at the business address Olbrachtova 599/8, 293 01, Mladá Boleslav II., IČO: 082 56 934, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 315761 („Operator“) is the website operator of the webpages: www.idcom.cz („Server“).

    

2. The Operator is entitled to provide the Server services used for the publication of real estate offers („Service“).

    

3. The User of the Service („User”) is a natural or legal person using the Operator's Service, through which it is possible to advertise real estate or obtain information about advertised real estates on the Server.

II. Scope and content of the subject Services

1. The service on the Server can be used by filling in the contact form, by phone or e-mail. The User grants the Operator consent to the processing of personal data.

    

2. All data of the User stated in the contact form, including the identification of the subject and persons authorized to act on his behalf, must be complete, current and true.

3. By confirming these contractual conditions of the Operator stated on the page of the Server, the User grants the Operator consent to the publication of the offer of the advertised real estate through the Server.

    

4. By confirming these Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that he has obtained all information about the offered real estate through the Operator's Service. Through the IDCom Partners service, the Operator will allow the User to enter into negotiations with the property owner on the sale of his advertised property. In the case of the sale of the advertised real estate on the basis of the Operator's activities, the operator is entitled to a remuneration agreed by the property owner.

    

5. Advertising published through the Operator is available to all users of the worldwide computer network Internet, through the IDCom Partners server, as well as to other designated Internet servers of the Operator or its contractual partners.

    

6. The Operator is not obliged to archive real estate advertisements on the Server.

    

7. The operator reserves the right to refuse to publish or delete any data if they are in conflict with the law of the Czech Republic or are in conflict with good morals, or endanger public order.

    

8. By confirming these Conditions, the User agrees that the Operator is entitled to send the User information materials concerning the operation of the Service or related services.

    

9. By confirming these Conditions, the Client agrees to advertise the real estate offer on the Server under the name of IDCom Partners s.r.o., with contact details of IDCom Partners s.r.o.

III. Final provisions

1. Items not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are, in the alternative, governed by the business conditions for the placement of advertising messages and other advertising elements on individual Internet servers.

    

2. Any use of the content of the Server, or its parts, by the User in a manner other than for the purposes for which the Server is intended, in particular any distribution of the content of the Server, is prohibited. Any interference with the technical or material content of the Server is prohibited. Any other reproductions or modifications made by any mechanical or electronic means without the prior written consent of the Operator are prohibited.

    

3. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and effect on 1 February 2020.
